Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues.
• Manage field activities and implement routine service calls.
• Diagnose problems & resolution, feedback to manufacturing for technical improvements.
• Software bugs / issues communicated to software team for updates.
• Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise.
• Install new systems and technology.
• Inspect and test machines for safety.
• Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment.
• Draft and submit reports into system.
• Manage service contract calls and renewals.
• Demonstrate equipment to customer after repairs.
• Monitor MTTR, downtimes at every key installation.
• Attend all training and keep oneself updated on latest versions.

Skills & Qualification

• Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role
• Well-versed in technical aspects of equipment & software.
• Understanding of safety guidelines
• Attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills
• An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekends.
• Degree in Engineering or similar field
• Willing to travel extensively.
