{"id":23,"date":"2024-05-31T09:40:55","date_gmt":"2024-05-31T09:40:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/novo\/job-opportunities\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=23"},"modified":"2024-05-31T09:44:31","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T09:44:31","slug":"sales-accounts-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.novomoldx.com\/job-opportunities\/jobs\/sales-accounts-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales Accounts Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Set and monitor sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential customers and set approach strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong and long-term client relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.<\/li>\n<li>Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, business partners, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly communicate the progress of monthly\/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Develop new business with existing clients and\/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports on account status.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel extensively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Cluster leader or relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>BSC \/ MSC \/ BPharma degree with Business Administration, Sales or relevant field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities: Set and monitor sales targets.
