{"id":26,"date":"2024-05-31T09:49:20","date_gmt":"2024-05-31T09:49:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/novo\/job-opportunities\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=26"},"modified":"2024-05-31T09:49:20","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T09:49:20","slug":"field-service-specialists","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.novomoldx.com\/job-opportunities\/jobs\/field-service-specialists\/","title":{"rendered":"Field Service Specialists"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues.<\/li>\n<li>Manage field activities and implement routine service calls.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose problems &amp; resolution, feedback to manufacturing for technical improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Software bugs \/ issues communicated to software team for updates.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Install new systems and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect and test machines for safety.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and submit reports into system.<\/li>\n<li>Manage service contract calls and renewals.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate equipment to customer after repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor MTTR, downtimes at every key installation.<\/li>\n<li>Attend all training and keep oneself updated on latest versions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Skills &amp; Qualification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Well-versed in technical aspects of equipment &amp; software.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of safety guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills<\/li>\n<li>An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekends.<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Engineering or similar field<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel extensively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues.
